This suggests two ways to increase performance - by increasing potential (adding to by learning new distinctions and skills) and by decreasing interference (understanding how our emotions, beliefs, and thinking patterns get in our way).
Using his formula as a framework, we provide services at the individual, team, and organizational level in both the "increasing potential" and "decreasing interference" domains.
